**Care Worker**

We are a small, friendly care team providing excellent home care to our service users in East Sussex.

Responsibilities

 

  • You will need to be kind, caring, focused and have a good understanding of supporting older people living with Dementia
  • You will need to effectively communicate with managers and co workers regarding clients health and well being and any concerns
  • You need to be reliable, flexible and committed to the role and have a person centred approach
  • The Role includes supporting adults with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, social support, cleaning, taking to hospital appointments.
  • You will need to complete care notes and monitoring records at every visit

 

Essential Criteria

 

  • You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle and a full, clean driving license
  • You must have some experience in any care setting preferably with adults/older people living at home
  • You must be legally allowed to work in the UK

 

Desirable

 

  • A diploma in care level 2 or 3
  • A good sense of humour

 

**Care Workers**

We are a small, fun loving team looking for confident, energetic care workers to join us to cover Monday 9pm-9am Friday 9.30pm-09.30am waking nights, 4pm-9pm Friday and bank care workers to cover sickness and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Your role will include support with all aspects of personal care
  • You will be responsible for safe administration of medication and completing relevant documentation
  • You will need to complete Epilepsy recording charts and care notes correctly and legibly
  • You will need a DBS check, yearly training and some specialist training (this is provided)
  • You will be responsible for meeting this young man’s day to day care and social needs

 

Essential

  • You must have experience working with adults or young people with Epilepsy
  • You will need to be fun, energetic, caring and confident
  • You must be willing to undertake all relevant checks and training required for the role

Desirable

  • Experience supporting adults or young people with learning disabilities
  • Be flexible around hours to cover sickness and holiday

 

**Care Worker**

 

We are a small, energetic, committed and dynamic care team looking for additional care staff to join us supporting a young, independent man living in his own home in Peacehaven who has Cerebral Palsy and is a wheelchair user in all activities of daily living, shifts available are day hours 07.00-22.30 and waking night shifts (2230 - 0700) Friday and Saturday nights

**Part time care worker**

 

We are looking for an experienced carer to join our small team supporting a fun loving lady living with Multiple Sclerosis in her own home.  We need a flexible care worker to cover 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

  • You must be able to drive due to the rural location
  • You will need to be flexible to cover sickness and holidays

**Care Workers**

 

You will be joining an established and great team and a friendly family (near to Uckfield) to look after and care for a lovely man with a severe brain injury.  He also suffers with epilepsy and you therefore need to be calm and confident and to be able to work well in a team.

We are looking for two carers to cover for maternity leave, sickness and annual leave. Initially flexible bank work, with the possibility of contracted hours.

**Registered Nurses**

 

We are urgently seeking female Registered Nurses for a lady within her family home in Bexhill on Sea. We need Nurses to cover day and night shifts and bank.

 

Ideally you will have experience supporting adults with complex health care needs including Epilepsy, Tracheostomy care and ventilation although training can be provided.

 

You will need to be kind, caring and supportive, have a flexible approach and be able to cover holidays and sickness when required.

 

We offer Bank or contracted hours, a salary of £22.86, full paid training, paid DBS check, paid holidays and a friendly and supportive work environment.
