Ideally you will be aged over 21 with a full clean driving license and would be able to drive a large wheelchair adapted vehicle. A good sense of humour and a flexible approach is a must!

We are looking to recruit a support worker to join our existing friendly team in the Kemp Town area of Brighton to cover 30-35 hours a week. You responsibilities will be to provide a high standard of care including: personal care, cooking(following our clients strict dietary requirements), shopping, medication administration, social support, liaise with other health care professionals, and record accurately in care notes, MAR charts, body maps etc.
Essential requirements: at least 3 months experience in a caring role, the ability to maintain dignity and respect at all times and to understand the individual choices of our client.
The shifts are all as double ups and are either 6 or 4 hour blocks, this will incorporate weekdays and some weekends.
The hourly rate is £9.60-310.60 per hour and successful applicants will need to undertake DBS and reference checks.

**FEMALE NIGHT RN's **
We are seeking to recruit female RN's to support a lady within her family home in the Bexhill-on-Sea area.
This is a new and exciting care package which will enable the lady to take part in home and outside activities.
Due to the complexities of her health needs, we require experienced RN’s to work alongside the carers.
Various shift patterns; days, and night awakes Monday to Sunday for nurses.
Good rates of pay, specific training will be carried out to accommodate this lady’s needs.

As a power wheelchair user, I have a fully adapted van which I and my PA’s drive to get me around on a daily basis.
Due to the progression of my long term health condition, I now need to find just the right person to support me with, not only my day to day personal care and assistance tasks, (incl. washing, bathing, transfers) but also in managing some important home admin tasks.
These include helping to prepare my PA team rota, overseeing the checking and submission of monthly timesheets to payroll, record keeping, filing, and also typing my personal and general emails/correspondence, and assisting me to maintain my busy diary! Alongside other members of the team, responsibilities also include everyday housekeeping jobs, and some cooking/meal preparation.
Holiday and overnight cover is also an essential part of the job which is shared between my team.
Good verbal and written communication skills are important as well as the ability to organise and plan ahead. Up to date PC knowledge is essential incl. internet/Word/Outlook etc. In addition, previous PA experience working for disabled people, living independently in the community, would be helpful. Flexibility and reliability, plus a strong commitment to team working are also important qualities, as is a good sense of humour!

We are looking to recruit a part time RGN to work with our client in his own home in Bexhill, shifts are 9am-8pm two days a week, we can be flexible on the days and they will be between Monday-Friday. I am a 47 year old wife and mother of two aged 9 and 7. Three years ago I was diagnosed with MND. Since
that time I have become completely wheelchair bound. At the moment I have a carer who comes in every morning to get me up, showered and dressed and a careron Tuesday and Thursday daytime to help me
with daily household chores. I also have a carer coming in Monday, Wednesday and Friday daytime but she has recently handed in her notice.
I am looking for a PA/Carer for Saturday and Sunday 0900-11.30 and 14.00-16.00. Tasks will include general household chores ie cleaning, ironing, some meal preparation, help with paperwork, phonecalls and accompanying me to appointments and outings to the shops etc.
Previous manual handling experience including the use of hoists would be preferable as would experience in personal care. However this is not essential as training can be given.
The salary is £9.50/hour rising to £ 10.50 after a three month probation period.
